Patrick Bell

Patrick Bell has lobbied the Florida legislature for over 30 years. He was born and raised in North Florida, and graduated from Florida State University in 1987 with a degree in Political Science. After graduating, Patrick started out his career at the Florida Parole Commission lobbying on behalf of the agency. He later joined the firm of Lamonica and Trammell, and in 2005 he started his own firm Capitol Solutions, LLC. For the last 13 years he has lobbied the legislature for a diverse group of clientele. some of those clients include: local governments, unions, Universities, environmental companies, health care corporations, cultural affairs issues, and appropriations of all kinds. He has worked on and ensured the passage of many pieces of legislation for his clients and has been very successful in getting appropriation issues funded. Patrick is also one of the few lobbyists in the state that has an expertise in claims bills. Patrick has passed dozens of claim bills over his career. Patrick also does extensive campaign work for elected officials between legislative sessions. He has supported and helped numerous legislators on both sides of the isle get elected. In the summer of 2018 Patrick joined the Legis Group. Where he successfully integrated his existing practice into the company. Patrick is committed to helping the Legis Group expand and broaden its client base.
